Peter lives in Napa, California. He is active in improving local community housing and mental health services and currently serves on the board of Mentis.

Her responsibilities included managing teams of up to 30 staff members, implementing client brand strategy, developing initial design, creating and overseeing million-dollar budgets, and scheduling and maintaining deliverables. Lynda was a founder of an interactive agency in San Francisco called Native Instinct. Lynda has a deep expertise in all things digital, web sites, mobile development, digital strategies, SEO, Paid Search, social, apps and video creation.

MJ has spent more than 20 years working for global Fortune 500 firms including Reckitt Benckiser and Nestle, with the last decade focused primarily on private equity turnarounds for small to mid-sized companies.
Over the course of her career, MJ's clients have consistently enjoyed share growth, revenue and profitability thanks to her disciplined approach to marketing basics and strong consumer insights. She has managed such familiar household brands as French’s, Vlasic, Woolite, Gerber, and Marcal. Her innate flair for creativity has enabled her to help guide creative teams to create advertising and packaging that breaks through the clutter and moves the needle.
She holds a BS degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, and graduated with top honors from both. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth – New Jersey.
